For those flying in to
Flagstaff or arriving at the Flagstaff Amtrak station:
The Radisson Woodland Hotel Flagstaff has a free taxi service
from the Flagstaff airport, which is four miles from the hotel,
and from the Flagstaff Amtrak station. It is necessary to make
a reservation for the taxi by calling the hotel front desk,
928-773-8888.

For those flying in to Phoenix:
Shuttle Service -- Open Road Tours runs a shuttle from
the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport to the Amtrak station in
downtown Flagstaff (about three miles south of the
Radisson Woodland Hotel Flagstaff, where we are
meeting). The trip takes THREE HOURS each way. The
shuttle leaves Phoenix at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:30
p.m., 4:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. every day. It leaves
Flagstaff at 4:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 12:30
p.m., and 3:30 p.m. every day. Reservations must be
made (see below), and payment is by credit card ONLY.

Provides regular scheduled shuttles from Phoenix Sky Harbor
Airport as well as custom itineraries.
Passengers are required to make reservations before September
6th and mention code AIPG in order to receive discounted rate of
$37.80/person one-way.
Rail- The
historic downtown train station offers easily accessibility to
Flagstaff with Amtrak providing daily service to and from the
city.
