Exhibitor Information
The exhibit booths will be located at the
High Country Conference Center in a prime area for visibility
and exposure. Exhibits may be set-up on Sunday, September 21st
from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Booth tear down is Tuesday, September
23rd from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Exhibit space is 8
wide 6 deep and a 6 skirted table and two chairs will be
provided. Exhibitors will also receive one complimentary meeting
registration. There is limited space available (36 exhibit
booths) so reserve EARLY!

Exhibitor Application and Contract
The American Institute of Professional
Geologist (AIPG) and the Arizona Hydrological Society (AHS) are
hosting their annual meetings in conjunction with the 3rd
International Professional Geology Conference at the High
Country Conference Center on the campus of Northern Arizona
University and at the Radisson Hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Overall attendance is expected to reach more than 400
registrants. This conference will appeal to professionals in
technical, educational, managerial, regulatory and legal
disciplines. This conference will give you the opportunity to
showcase products or services to professionals locally,
throughout the US, and all over the world.
Exhibitor space will be located at the High
Country Conference Center in a prime area for visibility and
exposure. Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served
basis. There are approximately 36 spaces available. The cost
for each space is $2,000 and includes registration for one
exhibitor representative. The exhibitor space is 8 wide, 6
deep and includes a 6 skirted table and two chairs.
Radisson
Hotel Information
The conference will be held at the High
Country Conference Center with accommodations at the nearby
Radisson Hotel in Flagstaff, Arizona. Exhibitor fees do not
include hotel registration. For information about the hotel and

registering for the hotel, be sure to mention or select Grand
Canyon 2008 to receive the discounted rate.
Set Up /
Tear Down
Exhibit set up will be on Sunday, September
21st from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm which will be in time
for afternoon registration and the Welcome Reception in the
evening at the High Country Conference Center. Booth tear down
will be on Tuesday, September 23rd from 3:00 pm to
5:00 pm. Booths will be located in the lobby area inside the
main doors and outside of the technical session rooms and
reception area.
Space
Assignments and Deadlines
Completed applications for exhibit space
must be received no later than Friday, August 15, 2008. Exhibit
contracts and final payment of exhibit fees are due within 30
days of submittal of the agreement and no later than Friday,
August 22, 2008. All spaces and space location requests will be
assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until filled.
Cancellations
Cancellation of exhibit space must be made
in writing to the American Institute of Professional Geologists
(AIPG) at the address below. Refunds will be issued according to
the following schedule and will be based upon either the
postmark date of the letter, or the date your written
cancellation is received by fax at AIPG. Cancellations received
on or before August 1, 2008 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received after August 1, 2008 will not receive a
refund. |
